Access to Private AI and Technology Companies

The challenge

Information about artificial intelligence is everywhere, but useful investment information is much harder to find. Early-stage private companies do not trade on public exchanges, and many are visible only to venture funds, accelerators, industry specialists, and established professional networks.

Even when an investor finds a company, it may be difficult to determine whether the technology is real, whether the team can execute, whether customers need the product, and whether the proposed valuation makes sense.

Our role is not to provide more information. It is to organize the information that matters and help investors reach companies that fit their interests.

What we do for investors

What an investor receives

The result is not a large database of random startups. It is a focused selection of companies connected to the investor’s stated interests, together with clear information and access to the people building them.

SYNERVANTA does not guarantee that a company will succeed or that an investment will be completed. Investment decisions remain with the investor and should be made after independent professional review.

Possible ways to work with us

Questions investors often ask

Do you provide investment advice?

No. We help identify and explain potential opportunities and facilitate access. The investor remains responsible for the investment decision and for obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, and technical advice.

Can you guarantee access or a completed investment?

No. An introduction takes place only when the company and the investor are both prepared to speak. We cannot guarantee that a company will accept an investment or that the parties will agree on terms.

What information is included in the initial review?

The scope depends on the assignment. It may include the company’s product, team, market, business model, financing history, current stage, stated use of funds, and major questions requiring further verification.

Can a search be built around one event or sector?

Yes. A mandate may focus on a defined technology sector, geography, company stage, or a group of companies identified through a major industry event.
