Why SYNERVANTA Exists
The gap we saw
Investors are interested in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, but many do not have direct access to private companies at an early stage. The information they receive may be incomplete, highly technical, or designed only to sell the company.
Founders face the opposite problem. They may have a valuable technology but no direct route to international investors, commercial partners, distributors, hospitals, corporations, or new markets.
SYNERVANTA was created to help both sides understand each other and begin the right conversation.
Our approach
We do not measure success by the number of companies we can place in a database or the number of introductions we can send. We prefer to understand the client’s real objective, select a smaller number of relevant possibilities, and explain why a conversation may be worthwhile.
What matters to us
- Quality over volume: a few relevant companies are more useful than a long, unfocused list.
- Clear information: complex technology should be understandable without being oversimplified.
- Honest limits: unanswered questions and material risks should be stated directly.
- Relevant connections: introductions should have a clear purpose for both sides.
- Long-term trust: relationships are more valuable than one short-term transaction.
Our role
We identify promising companies, organize the relevant information, determine whether there is a credible reason for the parties to speak, and help structure the first stages of cooperation.
We do not replace lawyers, regulated financial professionals, banks, medical experts, or technical specialists. When their expertise is required, they should conduct an independent review.
What we are — and what we are not
SYNERVANTA is a technology-scouting, business-development, and commercialization partner. We help clients identify possibilities, understand the initial business case, reach relevant decision-makers, and organize the path toward a transaction, pilot, distribution agreement, or partnership.
We are not a public investment exchange, a guarantee of fundraising, or a substitute for regulated professional advice. The exact scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms are agreed separately for each engagement.
